Nutritional Supplement

CBD hemp oil is a great nutritional supplement for those looking to add a supplement to their diet that will positively affect your body’s nervous and immune systems. The phytocannabinoids in hemp oil will politely interact with the body in homeostasis.

Skin Care

In addition to hemp oil uses, the oil from the hemp seed also happens to be extremely emollient and perfect for adding to skin care. The hemp seed oil has an exceptional blend of vitamins, minerals, and omega-fatty acids. All of these benefits are soaked up by the skin, providing nourishment and protection from environmental elements.

Pet Care

If you have an anxious pet, you know that it can be difficult to travel with them, leave them home alone during thunderstorms, and have company over. Hemp oil can be used to calm these anxieties in pets, making situations more tolerable for them. Tincture pet supplements can be easily added to your pet’s food twice daily or as needed to give them the calm and relief they need.

Tasty Hemp Oil

If you are interested in adding hemp oil to your diet, Tasty Hemp Oil is sure to have a product that suits your needs. Not all natural supplements have to have an earthy flavor that is typically an acquired taste. CBD hemp oil as well as hemp seed oil both have a wide variety of uses for your body inside and out.

What is Hemp Oil and Why Should I Use It?

There is a lot of confusion surrounding the topic of CBD hemp oil and how it’s different from the psychoactive marijuana plant. Another common confusion is the difference between CBD hemp oil and hemp seed oil. The CBD hemp oil that we use in our products is extracted from high-quality industrial hemp and is non-psychoactive. The benefits from hemp come from the naturally occurring compounds that interact with our body’s inner processes, promoting overall wellness and healthy function.

Legality and Benefits

Tasty Hemp Oil products are nutritional supplements made from high-quality industrial hemp sourced from Colorado and Kentucky. This hemp does not contain psychoactive compounds or chemicals; therefore, our products do not either. The benefit to adding CBD oil into your routine is how it supports the body’s endocannabinoid system. The endocannabinoid system is thought to be the system that supports many biological processes along with maintaining a healthy homeostasis.

Tasty Hemp Oil

Thanks to Tasty Drops, a healthy body doesn’t have to come at the expense of taste. Tasty Drops come in a wide variety of flavors that disguise the otherwise earthy taste of hemp oil. Some of the flavors include:

  • Chocolate Mint
  • Maple
  • Spearmint
  • Cinnamon
  • Berry
  • Vanilla
  • Natural hemp flavor

As far as serving size, it is important to start small and follow the recommended serving on the package. However, finding your own perfect serving may take some trial and error as everyone has different nutritional needs.

Pairing Other Medicinal Herbs with Hemp

You may be asking yourself, “If CBD is so good, why not just make a synthetic version?” Ultimately, this is what has happened with Aspirin and morphine. However, as stated by the famous Greek Philosopher, Aristotle, “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Another great term for this is called synergy.

What is Synergy?

In general, synergy is the working together of two things to produce a result greater than the sum of their individual effects. When we’re talking about the workplace, a team with synergy will accomplish a goal better and faster than a team without synergy. Synergy can be seen throughout the plant and animal kingdom in simple and abstruse ways.

Take into account the flowers and the bees. The bees turn the nectar from the flowers into honey as their primary food source. The flowers are then successfully pollinated by the bees. Consider penguins during the harsh winters in Antarctica; they huddle together to conserve body heat. The same concept can be applied to CBD.

Scientists have found that there is a kind of synergy between all the active compounds so that the whole is greater than the sum of all the parts. Every component of the hemp plant works together to create the phytocannabinoid we know as CBD.  Unfortunately, using the whole plant sparks little to no interest for pharmaceutical companies who prefer synthetic compounds that can be patented. So, if a synthetic version were to be made it simply wouldn’t be all that good. With that being said, there are other medicinal herbs that can be taken with CBD for added health benefits. Again, working together to create a superlative result – synergy.

Pairing Other Medicinal Herbs with Hemp

Incorporating more herbs into your life can improve your overall health. There are multiple herbs that can be paired with CBD to create a more suitable effect. Interestingly enough, cannabis is not the only plant that contains medically beneficial cannabinoids. As a matter of fact, there are several plants that are also rich in cannabinoids and benefit the body’s endocannabinoid system, which is responsible for helping the body maintain homeostasis that is needed for attaining maximum health. Below are six plants found to either contain healing cannabinoids or affect the endocannabinoid system.

1. Coneflower- Echinacea

Coneflower

Echinacea has long been promoted as the herb that encourages the immune system. It has been known to reduce the symptoms of colds, flu, and some other illnesses, infections, and conditions. Echinacea uses cannabimimetics instead of cannabinoids to engage the endocannabinoid system, particularly the CB2 receptor. The NAA’s (N-alkyl amides), which are similar to THC, are responsible for regulating the immune system, pain, and inflammation.

2. Electric Daisy- Acmella Oleracea

Edaisy

The Electric Daisy is most commonly known for its pain relieving constituents. It successfully blocks pain receptors at nerve endings, as per trials conducted by Cambridge University. The compounds found the electric daisy are called N-Isobutylamides. They are similar to other cannabinoid-like compounds in how they regulate pain and inflammation.

3. Helichrysum Umbraculigerum

helichrysum

Helichrysum is native to South Africa. It has large amounts of CBG (cannabigerol) which has the ability to stabilize mood and relax the mind. Helichrysum is used in African ritual ceremonies to make fumes with a potential psychotropic effect similar to other cannabinoids.

4. Liverwort- Radula Marginata

liverwort

Liverwort contains large amounts of perrottetinenic acid, which is strikingly similar to THC, the psychoactive component in cannabis. However, Liverwort is not known to have any psychoactive effects. It is most commonly known for its ability to treat respiratory infections, such as bronchitis. Historically, it has been used to alleviate gallbladder, liver, and bladder problems.

5. Cacao- Theobroma Cacao

cacao

The cacao plant is a delicious superfood. A superfood is a nutrient-rich food considered to be especially beneficial for health and well-being. A lot of people with sensitivities to cocoa resort to eating cacao instead because it tastes almost identical and has the same consistency. Furthermore, eating natural chocolate, like cacao, increases the amounts of anandamide in the brain because the FAAH enzyme is less active. The result is similar to what many people experience when smoking cannabis – a general feeling of being relaxed and happy – although the result is nowhere near as potent as with THC.

6. Black Pepper- Piper Nigrum

black pepper

There has been a very common terpene found in Black Pepper called beta-caryophyllene (BCP), and it functions as a cannabinoid.  BCP binds to the CB2 receptors, giving it the therapeutic effect of reducing inflammation. Numerous research has implied that BCP could be used for the treatment of arthritis and osteoporosis, and may potentially increase the effectiveness of certain anti-cancer drugs.

One of the best things about Tasty Drops is that they are simple and easy to use. What Do Tasty Drops Taste Like?

If you’ve ever tried hemp oil, more than likely you are aware of its very distinct earthy and grassy flavor. Most individuals either love it or hate it. How Long Does it Take for CBD Oil Tasty Drops to Work?

How long Tasty Drops CBD oil will take to work will vary person to person. Over the last 5 years we have received many testimonials. Some from people telling us they noticed a difference immediately and some who took a little longer to notice results.

It’s unfortunate there has been minimal research done on cannabidiol (CBD) and thus we lack proper research to know exactly when you will notice a result and why it varies person to person.

Though we lack research, we have learned a lot over the years. With this knowledge we’ve noticed a few key points to help ensure results for people trying CBD oil.

The first key Point: Serving Size

What is the Proper Serving Size for Me?

Finding the serving size best for you is vital in achieving your desired results. Serving sizes will be different for each person because no two people have the same body chemistry.

When starting out, first look for the recommended serving size on the label of the product you purchased. There are a lot of CBD hemp oil products on the market and serving size will vary by product. Depending on the method (tinctures, edibles, concentrates, etc.) and brand you choose, instructions for use will vary.

We recommend following the label’s serving suggestions for at least one week to see how you feel and to get your own understanding of how it’s working for you. Keep in mind hemp oils are similar to many supplements in that it can take time to build up in the body.

Many people will find the recommended serving to be enough for their needs but it has been stated some consumers prefer to take two to four times the amount labeled. The best way we’ve found to do this is to take the recommended serving size for the first week. If you feel a difference, great! If not, double up for week two. Continue this process until you to find your own “sweet spot”.

While learning the proper serving size for you is important, what is also important is figuring out your preferred time of day to take CBD.

Second key point: Preferred consumption time

When Should I Take CBD?

The time of day you consume CBD hemp oil will depend on your preferences. We hear most people prefer taking their chosen products in the evenings within an hour or two of going to sleep. Other people prefer to take CBD in the morning as part of their AM ritual. We’ve even had people tell us they use their supplements multiple times daily.

As mentioned in the section above on serving size, there is not enough research on cannabidiol to determine how someone will know if they prefer to take their products in the morning or evening. We suggest slowly, over time, experimenting with various times of the day.

Though the time of day is important, it is wise to figure out your serving size first. It will be easier to figure out the time of day, after you know how much is needed to see a result.

Tasty Hemp Oil Tasty Drops

One of the best things about Tasty Drops is how easy they are to use. Just place the drops under your tongue, holding it there for 60-90 seconds, and then swallow. By keeping the hemp oil in your mouth for a minute or longer, you’re allowing it to absorb into your body quicker. Otherwise, it must first travel through your digestive system.

What is the Proper CBD Oil Serving Size?

Like all wellness supplements, the serving size is important for proper use and best results. CBD oil serving sizes are different for everyone because everyone’s bodies have individual needs. There are many different CBD hemp oil products on the market that are divided into many categories. These different categories will have diverse potency levels resulting in varying serving sizes.

Start Small

We recommend starting small to help you figure out the proper amount for you. Depending on what product you choose, there will be different intake instructions. We recommend following the label’s serving suggestions for at least one week to see how you feel and to get your own understanding of how the product affects you.

Many people will find the recommended serving to be enough for their purposes but some may find that adding more is beneficial. There is not much absolute research to confirm an exact serving size for CBD; this is why it is recommended that you take CBD as labeled to find your comfortable serving size independently.

What are the Different Forms of CBD Hemp Oil?

CBD hemp oil has a wide variety of intended uses and comes in several different forms. Many Tasty Hemp Oil customers enjoy using hemp oil as a nutritional supplement taken alone or added to food. Some love its ability to moisturize the skin naturally. Humans aren’t the only group that can benefit from CBD oil- your pets can as well! Pets can ingest CBD hemp oil as a supplement and it can also be used to give them healthier skin and fur.
